Targa Acquired by L-3 Communications

Targa is pleased to announce that effective February 19th, 2002 the working operations of Targa Electronics Systems Inc were acquired by L-3 Communications and we are now officially known as Targa Systems Division, L-3 Communications Canada Inc.

Targa Systems Division is now affiliated with L-3 Electrodynamics Inc of Rolling Meadows, Illinois, providing Targa an expanded resource base of program engineers and staff with extensive experience in crash survivable recorders and other solid state storage solutions.

We believe this partnership of Targa's past success and expertise is providing Military & Aerospace data storage solutions, and L-3's vast corporate expertise and resources will allow Targa to continue to provide our customers with the best high reliability Flash Disk, VME Flash Disk, PC Card Data Transfer Systems, Data Recorders and POD-mounted Recorder products.
